REF: CLAUSE 41 OF THE LISTING AGREEMENT IN INDIA

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement in India, we enclose herewith the UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE BANK FOR THE QUARTER / HALF YEAR ENDED 30TH SEPTEMBER, 2015, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Bank, which was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today.

Also, please note that the blackout period will end after the close of business hours on Thursday, 29th October, 2015. Consequently, the trading window will commence from Friday, 30th October, 2015 and will remain in force up to Thursday, 31st December, 2015 (both days inclusive).

You are requested to take the above on record and bring this to the notice of all concerned.
