Re: Unaudited 2020 Annual Report

With reference to the Class Waiver Decision - Extended Reporting and Lodgement Details announced by the Australian Stock Exchange (ASC) on 16 June 2020, whereby a class waiver from listing rule 4.5.1 to the extent necessary to permit Oilex Limited (Oilex or the Company) to give its annual audited accounts and the other documents required to be lodged with ASIC under Section 319 of the Corporations Act to Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) by the earlier of:

· the date the audited annual accounts are ready to be given to ASX; and

· the date the audited annual accounts must be given to ASIC under the ASIC Corporations (Extended Reporting and Lodgement Deadlines- Listed Entities) Instrument 2020/451 dated 15 May 2020 (the ASIC Relief).

Oilex advises that:

· that the Company is relying on the ASIC Relief to extend the lodgement date for its audited annual accounts and other documents required to be lodged with ASIC under Section 319 of the Corporations Act; and

· the Company will immediately make a further announcement to the market if there is a material difference between its unaudited annual accounts and its audited annual accounts.

The Company's Unaudited 2020 Annual Report is attached with the audited financial statements anticipated to be available later in October 2020.
