On the instruction of the Privatization Commission the financial results of the Company for ten months ended April 30, 2011 and April 30, 2010 were reviewed by our Statutory Auditors M/s Taseer Hadi & Co. (KPMG) and M/s M. Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co. (Deloitte) for the issuance of comfort letter required for OGDCL Exchangeable Bonds.
The Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held onJune 14, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Islamabad, have approved the financial results of the Company for ten months ended April 30, 2011 and April 30, 2010
