The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 6th February, 2015 has, inter-alia, approved the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2014. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st Decemeber, 2014, as approved by the Board of Directors. The said financial results are being hosted on Company's website at http://www.gailonline.com/final_site/financial_result.html

The matter pertaining to approval of payment of interim dividend for the FY 2014-15 could not be taken up by the Board and hence record date stands withdrawn.
