This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 3rd November, 2015 to consider, inter alia, the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2015.

Trading window shall remain closed for the period 27th October, 2015 (Tuesday) to 5th November, 2015 (Thursday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.

This is as per terms of the Listing Agreement.
