This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 14.07.2015.

This is to inform that due to administrative reasons, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 23rd July, 2015 to consider, inter-alia, the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2015 instead of Friday, 24th July, 2015.

Trading Window shall now remain closed for the period 16th July, 2015 (Thursday) to 25th July, 2015 (Saturday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.

This is as per terms of the Listing Agreement.
