Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash offer for Ultra Electronics Holdings (UK, constituent) by Cobham Ultra Acquisitions Ltd (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Ultra Electronics Holdings (UK, 0912332) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Foresight Solar Fund (UK, BD3QJR5) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 01 August 2022.
