HAMILTON, Bermuda; On 13 April 2010, the Board of Hiscox Ltd (the 'Company') granted awards ('Awards') over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company pursuant to the Hiscox Ltd UK Sharesave Scheme (the 'Scheme'). An option price of £2.8264 is payable on the exercise of these Awards. The Options will be exercisable from 1 May 2013 to 31 October 2013.

Set out below are the number of ordinary shares subject to Awards granted to directors of the Company:
