UK MANAGEMENT CHANGE

- Robert Thomson assumes responsibility for UK Business -

- A further step toward simplifying and strengthening global Group operations -

The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG.L), ('Innovation' or 'the Group'), a global provider of enterprise software and business process outsourcing solutions to the insurance, financial services, motor and fleet industries world-wide, is pleased to announce that Robert Thomson is to assume management responsibility for Innovation Group's UK business.

Robert, who recently joined Innovation initially to head the UK Technology business, will now take responsibility for leadership of the entire UK operation. Effective today, each of the UK divisions of the business will report in to Robert, simplifying reporting lines and increasing customer focus.
