UK Contract Renewal and New International Contracts
Avia (AIM: AVIA), the AIM-listed developer and provider of clinical decision support systems, is pleased to announce the following three further contracts for its Odyssey products:
·; New 1-3 year contract agreed with one of the Group's largest UK customers,
·; Two new international contracts with clients based in Europe.
Avia's wholly owned subsidiary Plain Healthcare Limited, has agreed the renewal of a contract with one of its largest customers, a primary healthcare service provider to the NHS. The contract is for an additional 1 to 3 years for Odyssey TeleAssess & Odyssey FaceToFace at c.£150,000 per annum and was secured following a review process. Building on an existing 15-year relationship, the renewal highlights the customer's ongoing satisfaction with the product and service delivered.
Avia has also secured two new international contracts in Europe which, while not significant in terms of total company turnover for the current financial year, illustrate the positive steps being taken by Avia to enhance its international business. The first is an order from a new client for its Odyssey TeleAssess clinical decision support product in the German language to support call centre telephone triage services over the next three years. The second is for bespoke learning and development services for an existing international client, which the Company has been able to devise and deliver in less than two weeks, demonstrating Avia's strong customer service ethos throughout its business.
