Uis Proximal Pegmatites Exploration Drilling Results

Andrada Mining Limited (AIM: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a tin producer with a critical raw materials portfolio of mining and exploration assets in Namibia, is pleased to announce the initial batch of drill results for 13 proximal (polymetallic) pegmatites located in the previously mined areas of the Uis mining licence (ML134) ("Uis"). These pegmatites are within a 3km radius from the existing processing plant at the Uis Tin Mine and constitute part of a swarm comprising approximately 180 mineralised pegmatites identified to date within the license area. The objectives of the drill programme ("Programme") are to validate the historical data and to investigate the by-product potential of the pegmatites within the previously mined areas. The on-going Programme covering the 13 pegmatites, comprises 44 diamond ("DD") and 177 reverse circulation ("RC") drill holes. The results in this announcement are for 136 holes (61%) because the Company is awaiting analysis of the remaining 85 drill holes.

Highlights

§ Confirmed mineralisation in all 13 pegmatites along a 5km strike

§ Significant intersections with notable high grades in tin ("Sn"), tantalum ("Ta") and lithium ("LiO") include:

50m at 0.16% Sn, 0.44% Li₂O and 130 ppm Ta, from 9.00m to 59.00m, for the drill hole P5_003

· Including 5m at 0.50% Sn and 153 ppm Ta from 18.00m to 23.00m

59.76m at 0.14% Sn, 1.23% Li₂O and 38 ppm Ta, from 101.92m to 161.68m, for the drill hole K5_018

· Including 31m at 0.17% Sn and 1.70% Li₂O, from 128.00m to 159.00m

85m at 0.18% Sn, 0.33% Li₂O and 53 ppm Ta, from 99.00m to 184.00m, for the drill hole K5_019

6m at 0.51% Sn, 0.07% Li₂O and 119 ppm Ta, from 48.00m to 54.00m, for the drill hole K3_021

· Including 2m at 1.13% Sn and 281 ppm Ta from 52.00m to 54.00m

46m at 0.17% Sn, 0.77% Li₂O and 59 ppm Ta, from 90.00m to 136.00m, for the drill hole V13_012

· Including 2m at 1.76% LiO from 133.00m to 135.00m

25.89m at 0.33% Sn, 0.54% Li₂O and 90 ppm Ta, from 114.93m to 140.82m, for the drill hole V13_018

· Including 4m at 0.59% Sn from 131.00m to 135.00m

§ All drilled pegmatites remain open ended at depth

Anthony Viljoen (CEO) commented:

"These strong drill results reaffirm the scale and quality of mineralisation across Uis's extensive swarm of pegmatites. High-grade intersections such as 1.13% tin, 1.76% lithium oxide, and 281ppm tantalum, validate our strategy to grow the resource towards 200 million tonnes and support future reserve definition. Importantly, these results highlight the opportunity to restore Uis Tin Mine to its historical status as a major global tin producer-now with the added advantage of lithium and tantalum as high-value co-products. The polymetallic nature of the deposit significantly enhances Uis's economics and aligns with growing demand for critical metals across global markets.

Our focus is clear - unlock the full value of Uis through disciplined growth, targeted investment, and a clear path to production scale-up. With a 5km strike length and broad mineralised zones, we believe Uis has the potential to become a cornerstone asset in Andrada's long-term growth strategy."

Overview of the results

The reported pegmatite intersections align with the geological model developed from historical ISCOR drill information. The previously announced, JORC 2012 compliant inferred resource over most of these pegmatites, was focussed on tin. (See announcement dated 23 January 2023). The inferred resource estimate of 57 million tonnes or 74 857 tonnes of contained metal was declared in 2023, based on historical drill data for 809 holes over the pegmatites.

The main objectives of the current Programme are to further validate the historical information for tin mineralisation and to improve the MRE classifications. The Programme also provides an initial indication of the potential for the other metals primarily, Li and Ta within the proximal pegmatites. The Programme has investigated the areas where continuity information is required, and accordingly a few deeper holes were drilled to confirm the pegmatite extensions at depth. These deeper holes, extending below the historical data points, confirm that the pegmatites continue down dip and tend to thicken in a similar manner to the V1V2 pegmatite. The deepest intersection reported over these proximal pegmatites is 238m compared with 450m recorded for the V1V2 pegmatite. The upside potential of further down dip extensions will be investigated in future programmes.

Of the 221 holes which have been completed, six holes, namely V5_014, V8_001, V8_008, V12_031, V13_001 and V13_003, did not intersect any pegmatite lithologies due to deflection away from the planned intersection point, as illustrated in Figure 6 where hole V13_019 deviates away from the target. The dip angle of the pegmatites varies from approximately 22 degrees to 60 degrees and appears to increase with depth. Planned inclined drill holes were aimed to intersect the pegmatites perpendicular to strike. In instances where the average dip angle is greater than 85 degrees, the hole is recorded as vertical. All reported intersections should be considered to represent apparent thickness.

Table 1: Results of the holes which intersected pegmatites. The entire pegmatite intersection and grades are reported. Intersections described as 'including' refer to a portion of the whole pegmatite intersection with significant metal values. The reported intersections are indicative of apparent thickness, which is greater than true thickness.

Each DD hole was geologically and geotechnically logged before being sampled as half core. Each RC hole was geologically logged with half of the material produced per meter being sampled and shipped for analysis. The sample analysis was undertaken by UIS Analytical Services, a certified independent laboratory in South Africa, using a peroxide fusion. ICP-OES analysis was utilised for the reporting of major and minor elements and ICP-MS

for the trace elements.

Glossary of technical terminology

Apparent thickness

The relationship between apparent width and true thickness is based on the formula by Addie (1968 Economic Geology, vol 63, pp 188-189).

Dip Angle

The angle of inclination measured downward from horizontal.

Geological Model

The interpretation of mineralisation and geology that controls the shape of the mineralised unit. This is usually generated in a three-dimensional computer environment.

Mineral Resources

Mineral Resources are sub-divided, in order of increasing geological confidence, into Inferred, Indicated and Measured categories. An Inferred Mineral Resource has a lower level of confidence than that applied to an Indicated Mineral Resource. An Indicated Mineral Resource has a higher level of confidence than an Inferred Mineral Resource but has a lower level of confidence than a Measured Mineral Resource.

Pegmatite

An igneous rock typically of granitic composition, which is distinguished from other igneous rocks by the extremely coarse size of its crystals, or by an abundance of crystals with skeletal, graphic, or other strongly directional growth habits, or by a prominent spatial zonation of mineral assemblages.

Xenolith

A foreign rock fragment (e.g., schist) within an intrusive body (e.g., pegmatite) that is unrelated to the igneous body.
