U+I SECURES LEASE ON LANDMARK VERTIUM BUILDING

U+I Group, the mixed use regeneration specialist, today announces that it has secured an agreement to lease the entire Vertium Building in Dublin, realising a profit in excess of £4 million, in line with the expectations set out at the interim results.

Matthew Weiner, Chief Executive, said: "We are pleased to confirm the letting of this landmark building, a six-floor development over 172,000 sq. ft on Burlington Road, to an international corporation. Dublin is one of U+I's core regions, where we are well positioned to reinvest in regeneration opportunities. This takes development and trading gains in the year to date above £26 million and adds to the momentum across the business."
