Renewable Energy Generation Ltd13 April 2006 Announcement Renewable Energy Generation Ltd ("REG") the AIM listed investor in renewableenergy generation projects, today announces that the Tymien Wind Project("Tymien") in Poland has reached substantial completion and has enteredcommercial production. The project was constructed approximately eight weeksahead of schedule. Tymien, located on the Baltic coast has a generation capacity of 50MW and iscurrently the largest wind project in Central and Eastern Europe. It has beendeveloped by EEZ Sp Z.o.o ("EEZ") of Poland and utilises 25 Vestas V80 2MWturbines with a proven track record of production. Tymien is considered asignificant project for the Polish electric power industry, which isoverwhelmingly focussed on coal-fired generation. Under the Treaty of Accessionwith the EU, Poland has significant obligations to increase renewable energyproduction. Mike Liston, Chairman of REG, stated: "The Tymien project is an importantmilestone for REG and its successful completion is a credit to PiotrWisniewski, Chairman of EEZ, and his Polish project team.
