Turnkey PIM production plant supplier appointed

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (AIM: ENRT), the patent rights holder to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process, is pleased to announce that it has agreed heads of terms with CDS Group ("CDS") a designer and manufacturer of process and thermal equipment, for the supply of turnkey PIM manufacturing equipment using ERT's intellectual property and know-how.

CDS will be the supplier of complete modular and scalable plants for the manufacture of PIM products. The plants will form the basis for the scaling up of the PIM licence model as a turnkey proposal for ERT's growing international portfolio of licensees.

Commenting on the announcement, Lee Clayton, Managing Director of ERT, said: "We are delighted to have retained CDS to supply turnkey manufacturing facilities for the production of PIM products. The availability of a scalable off-the-shelf plant, combined with the consistent availability of feedstock, through our supply agreement with Axion Polymers, further strengthens ERT's global reach. This appointment will draw upon CDS's strong capabilities in the supply of process and thermal treatment equipment, qualities that are essential to the PIM process."
