The Company notes that principals of its Investment Manager, Tufton Investment Management Ltd ("Tufton"), acquired an additional 613,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in recent months up to and including 19 October 2022. The updated shareholdings are presented below together with the information provided in the Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements as at 30 June 2022.
