Tucows Agreement: .STORE, .TECH, .GROUP

The directors of TLDH (AIM: TLDH) are pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement with Tucows, Inc., a leading global domain name and Internet services provider, to partner in the anticipated auctions for the .STORE, .TECH and .GROUP top-level domains.

TLDH had no previous interest in .GROUP, while Tucows had no previous interest in .TECH and .STORE. TLDH will acquire an initial majority interest in .GROUP, and Tucows will acquire an initial minority interest in .TECH and .STORE. The final percentages of equity ownership in each domain will be determined by the amounts contributed by each party at the respective auctions.

In each instance, the registry services for the three domains will be provided by TLDH's subsidiary Minds + Machines Limited (Ireland) where the companies are successful at auction. It is anticipated that the auctions will take place in the August-November period this year. Besides Tucows or TLDH, there are at present 4 applicants for .GROUP, 5 applicants for .TECH, and 6 applicants for .STORE. Tucows had previously contracted with TLDH for the provision of registry services for five of its new top-level domains.
