Helphire Group PLC23 October 2007 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Trustee Share Dealing The board of the Company received notifications on 22nd October 2007 that SanneTrust Company Limited, trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust("Trust") bought 150,000 (0.11% of current issued shares) and 20,000 (0.01% ofcurrent issued shares) ordinary 5p shares in the Company at £3.70 and £3.698 on19th and 22nd October 2007 respectively. Following this announcement the Trust now has a non-beneficial interest in1,090,633 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.79 per cent of thecurrent shares in issue.
