Helphire Group PLC18 October 2007 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Trustee Share Dealing The board of the Company received notifications on 17th and 18th October 2007that Sanne Trust Company Limited, trustee of the Company's Employee ShareOwnership Trust ("Trust") bought 292,724 (0.21% of current issued shared) and150,000 (0.11% of current issued shares) ordinary 5p shares in the Company at£3.6193 and £3.65 respectively on 16th and 17th October 2007. Following this announcement the Trust now has a non-beneficial interest in457,359 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.33 per cent of thecurrent shares in issue.
