Helphire Group PLC06 March 2008 HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company") Trustee Share Dealing The board of the Company received notification on 5th March 2008 that on thesame date Sanne Trust Company Limited, trustee of the Company's Employee ShareOwnership Trust ("Trust") bought 38,500 (0.028% of current issued shares)ordinary 5p shares in the Company at £2.00. Prior to these transactions the Trust had a non-beneficial interest in 2,455,268(1.767%) of the Company's shares and following this transaction the Trust nowhas a non-beneficial interest in 2,493,768 ordinary shares in the Company,representing 1.795% of the current shares in issue.
