Trustee Market Purchase of SEGRO Shares
On 12 December 2019, the Trustees of the SEGRO plc Employees' Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') purchased 200,000 ordinary 10 pence shares (the 'Shares') in the Company at an average price of 844.59 pence per Share. Following the purchase, 345,210 Shares are held by the Trust.
Note: The Executive Directors of the Company, other persons within the Company discharging managerial responsibility and other employees are within the class of potential beneficiaries under the Trust. None of these persons has acquired a beneficial interest in the Shares held by the Trust.
