Tricor India - BDO Partnership Agreement

Tricor is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with BDO Consulting Pvt. Limited ("BDO") in India, to establish Tricor India Pvt. Limited ("Tricor India").

Under this agreement BDO will become Tricor's key corporate partner in India, and will provide Tricor India with the corporate support to execute its business development in India.

Tricor India, with the support of BDO, will provide Environmental Advisory Services to existing and future BDO clients, and to other emissions market participants. Any sales of environmental assets resulting from these services will be transacted through the FCTL platform. India is the second largest source of CDM-related carbon credits (Reuters), and has a pipeline of future projects to continue this growth.

Tricor is focussed on developing its stated strategy of delivering Supply Side Access both to carbon asset owners and emissions market participants and views India as an important market. Tricor will announce specifics of its new projects in India as and when appropriate.

BDO is the Indian Member Firm of the BDO International Accountancy Network. BDO International is the world's fifth largest accountancy network with offices in more than a 110 countries powered by 44,000 employees.
