ARM Holdings PLC27 October 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 27 October 2005 4,703 ordinary shares, at 58.65 pence per share, were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury Stock, the Company holds 6,546,574ordinary shares as treasury shares.
