ARM Holdings PLC28 October 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 28 October 2005 48,000ordinary shares, at 43.75 pence per share, were transferred from treasury stockfor the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 6,898,574ordinary shares as treasury shares.
