Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Persimmon Plc announces that on 1 June 2009 it transferred 461 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury to participants in the Persimmon Plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1998 to satisfy the exercise of options at a price of £3.26.
Following this transfer the Company holds 2,155,467 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 300,435,964 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares).
