ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 07th, 2011 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

20000 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share.

9300 ordinary shares at 51 pence per share.

2000 ordinary shares at 100.5 pence per share.

76000 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share.

30800 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share.

25000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share.

1392 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share.

87000 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share.

12170 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share.

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 20,510,398 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,323,545,298.
