StatPro Group plc - Treasury Stock
StatPro Group plc (AIM: SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry announces that, following the shareholder approval of its share buy-back authority at the Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2010, it has made a market purchase of 450,000 ordinary shares at 108 pence per share on 27 May 2010.
Following settlement of this transaction on 2 June 2010, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) will comprise 60,451,357 ordinary shares with voting rights and the Company will hold 450,000 shares in treasury. The figure of 60,451,357 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
