ARM Holdings PLC07 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 November 2005 6,403 ordinary shares, at 71 pence per share, were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 8,270,932 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
