ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on Sep 16th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

 

 

 

 

3000 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share

3657 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 118.75 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 105.75 pence per share

17000 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

5000 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share

5000 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share

10000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

116000 ordinary shares at 22 pence per share

 

 

 

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 22,971,033

ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,321,084,663.
