Transfer of Treasury Shares

ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on June 11th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

5649 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share

1250 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

22500 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

8046 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

In addition 175 ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the vesting of Share Awards under the Employee Equity Plan.

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 27,901,498ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,316,154,198
