ARM Holdings PLC11 December 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 11 December 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 200,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 92,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 7,500 ordinary shares at 100.50 pence per share 7,500 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 5,000 ordinary shares at 118.50 pence per share 16,875 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 59,230,820ordinary shares as treasury shares.
