Premier Asset Management PLC28 September 2006 Premier Asset Management PLC (the "Company") ISSUE OF SHARES FROM TREASURY Premier Asset Management PLC announces that it has today transferred fromtreasury 17,673 ordinary shares of 10p each. These shares have been transferredto the vendors of Castlefield Investment Partners LLP, in which the Companycompleted the acquisition of a 30% stake in September 2005. This transferrepresents full and final settlement of the Company's deferred paymentobligations in relation to this acquisition. The Company confirms that following this issue there is a balance of 3,781ordinary shares that are currently held in treasury and that, excluding theshares held in treasury, there are 14,651,430 ordinary shares in issue.
