The Company announces that following the transfer of 2,710 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,424,104 of which 579,927 (1.74%) are treasury shares.
