The Company announces that 20,028 A ordinary shares of 40p each were purchased for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £10.85.

Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is 33,518,679 of which 1,170,472 (3.49%) are held in treasury.
