Treasury shares

On 6 February 2015, the Company transferred a total of 17,008 shares as follows:

· 11,286 ordinary shares at £3.79 per share to a number of participants in its 2011 Sharesave Scheme;

· 5,474 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme; and

· 248 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to a participant in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.

These shares were previously held as treasury shares.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds 15,367,679 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,169,327 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
