ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 15th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

246540 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share

256955 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

2000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share

310524 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share

254169 ordinary shares at 22 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 37,048,025

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,307,007,671
