Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 6,742 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the number of `A' ordinary shares of ‚£0.40 each in issue is 33,327,610 of which 1,156,526 (3.47%) are Treasury Shares.
For reporting purposes under the Listing Rules, TR1 the market should exclude any shares held in treasury.
