ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on April 28th, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

2500 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share

1875 ordinary shares at 136 pence per share

69750 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

5000 ordinary shares at 118.5 pence per share

8500 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share

2500 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share

23123 ordinary shares at 75 pence per share

32030 ordinary shares at 71 pence per share

3496 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share

6043 ordinary shares at 19 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 32,189,459

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,311,866,237.
