Treasury Shares
The Company announces that following the transfer of 14,135 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Senior Executive Share Option Scheme (please see separate announcement), the number of `A' ordinary shares of 0.40 each in issue is 33,405,317 of which 932,527 (2.79%) are Treasury Shares.
