The Company announces that on 7th April 2016, in line with an irrevocable instruction provided to Numis Securities Limited in advance of the commencement of its close period on 1 April 2016, 100,000 A ordinary shares of 40p each were purchased for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £10.70 per share. Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is 33,537,179 of which 1,232,285 (3.67%) are held in treasury.
