The Company announces that following the transfer of 4,617 Treasury Shares fromthe Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under theExecutive Share Option Scheme (2,600 options) and the Company's Save as YouEarn Share Option Scheme (2,017 options), both on 15 February 2013, the issuedshare capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,424,104 of which1,210,804 (3.62%) are treasury shares.
