The Company announces that following the transfer of 16,320 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account pursuant to options being exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme, the number of `A' ordinary shares of ‚£0.40 each in issue is 33,327,610 of which 1,220,589 (3.66%) are Treasury Shares.
