Treasury shares

On 9 October 2015, the Company transferred a total of 8,233 shares as follows:

· 5,254 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme;

· 2,979 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.

These shares were previously held as treasury shares.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,156,137 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,380,869 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
