Treasury shares

On 18 February 2015, the Company transferred a total of 2,035 shares as follows:

· 1,746 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme; and

· 289 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to a participant in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.

These shares were previously held as treasury shares.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds 15,365,644 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,171,362 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
