The Company announces that following the transfer of 559 Treasury shares from the Treasury Shares Account to the Employee Save as You Earn Scheme, the issued share capital for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,065,986 of which 358,118 (1.07%) are treasury shares.
