Taylor Woodrow PLC01 June 2005 1 June 2005 Taylor Woodrow plc Sale of Shares out of Treasury Taylor Woodrow plc ("the company") announces that on 1 June 2005 it transferredan aggregate of 5,176 of its 25p ordinary shares, which were held as Treasuryshares, to employees exercising share options, at prices between 139.6 pence pershare and 133.2 pence per share. Following the transfer of these shares, the company now holds 19,048,204 sharesas Treasury shares and has 569,251,330 ordinary shares in issue (excludingtreasury shares).
