("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that following the transfer of 3,933 Treasury shares fromthe Treasury Shares Account to a participant exercising Share Options under theCompany's Save as You Earn Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital forthe `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,487,759 of which 1,049,114 (3.13%)are treasury shares. Please note that this announcement corrects the treasury shares and issuedshare capital amounts that were incorrectly reported in the listed votingrights and capital announcement made on 31 January 2014.
