Persimmon PLC07 May 2008 Persimmon Plc ("the Company" )- Transfer of Shares held in Treasury Persimmon Plc announces that on 7 May 2008 it transferred 569 Ordinary Shares toa participant in the Persimmon Plc Long Term Incentive Plan to satisfy theexercise of an option at a price of £7.465. On the same day, 360 OrdinaryShares were transferred to a participant in the Persimmon Plc Savings RelatedShare Option Scheme 1998 to satisfy the exercise of an option at a price of£5.25. Following these transfers the Company holds 2,690,342 Ordinary Shares of 10peach in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 299,901,089 OrdinaryShares (excluding Treasury Shares).
