TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
Amlin plc ("Amlin") announces that on 29 March 2012 it transferred from treasury to participants in its employee share option scheme(s), the following numbers of its ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each ("ordinary shares"):
22,238 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 246.00 pence per share.
10,238 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 293.00 pence per share.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, Amlin holds a total of 5,313,253 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 496,762,753 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
