ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 03rd, 2011 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

126381 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share.

6500 ordinary shares at 55 pence per share.

9982 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share.

1000 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share.

3350 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share.

2000 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share.

14147 ordinary shares at 246.5 pence per share.

10941 ordinary shares at 335 pence per share.

1771 ordinary shares at 110.4 pence per share.

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 20,927,806 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,323,127,890.
