ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on February 22nd, 2010 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments:

256415 ordinary shares at 132.5 pence per share

8621 ordinary shares at 125 pence per share

44033 ordinary shares at 105.5 pence per share

15000 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share

63736 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share

17982 ordinary shares at 39 pence per share

20230 ordinary shares at 28 pence per share

10000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share

220000 ordinary shares at 22 pence per share

Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 34,630,802

Ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) was 1,309,424,894
